Pricing & Placement Terms

A one-time fee based on the candidate's first-year annual base salary. This fee applies per candidate placed.

Payment is due within 7 business days of the candidate’s official start date for the full payment option.

Roster Staffing Services also offers flexible payment plans, including a 50/30/20 payment plan and a 1/3 payment plan, to help accommodate client needs.

If a placed candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within 30 days of employment, we will conduct one replacement search at no additional placement fee.

Candidates introduced by Roster remain our referrals for 12 months from the date of introduction.

All services are provided on a direct-hire basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

If a candidate’s first-year annual salary is $50,000, the placement fee would be $10,000.

Option 1: Full Payment: $10,000

Option 2: 50/30/20 Plan:
First payment (Date of hire) $5,000 / Second payment (30 days after hire) $3,000 / Third payment (60 days after hire) $2,000

Option 3: 1/3 Plan:
First payment (Date of hire) $3,333.33 / Second payment (30 days after hire) $3,333.33 / Third payment (60 days after hire) $3,333.34

If a signed client cancels the search, pauses the role indefinitely, or fills the role through another source after Roster Staffing Services has started recruiting work, a $1,000 cancellation/search fee may apply.
